I am happy and satisfied now that I can connect to the world. Finally after 3 weeks of using mobile internet and carrying laptop to campus just for the sake of connection. Now I can access all lecture notes at home! But I'm a bit frustrated at my printer because the cartridges that I bought are not compatible with it. It's kind of weird since before I can use it perfectly well. Now I think it just back going to campus to print out stuff before my printer become usable again for dont know how long.
A lot has happened since the last time I blogged. Been very sick last week. Caught a cold and flu as well as fever, still not so well now. The thing about seeing a doctor because you're sick here is so ridiculous. You have to make an appointment to see a doctor, and by the time of your appointment you're fine already! If you did manage to see the doctor, they usually prescribe you a paracetamol which they require you to buy at the pharmacy. Dont you think that we can be our own doctor and just eat panadol when you feel ill? Just a bit of advice, if you are traveling or studying abroad, do not forget to bring a stash of medicine especially for fever, cold and flu. Panadol will do as well as other ointment you deem necessary.
Other than that, everything works quite well. Well, I am a bit disappointed in people in general who cannot look beyond what was being written and told by the media about what happened around the world. They keep trying to generalise others based on religion, races and such. Hello people, I dont have bombs in my pocket!!! Sometimes it get annoying and just want to say out loud, this is enough! You are being blamed because of other people wrongdoings, just because you're in the same religion. What will you react when I say, arent your religion and the people who follow it are terrorist as well? Look what happen in Northern Ireland! Look at the illegal occupation and discrimination in Palestine, who actually control the war there? Dont just assume based on what you heard or read, because it may not be the truth. People do stuff like that partly because they are misguided or thought that they are doing the right thing, in reality it is not and actually affect other people.
Rambling! Study has turned to difficult now, need a lot more concentration. Seriously, this term will be very busy! My goal, not to gain weight! and manage time efficiently.

~new term, new season, new resolution~
The greens has already turn brown and red, the sign of death, but they are not going to die, they just going to sleep. A very interesting phenomenon, MasyaAllah!
I have settled in quite well in the new house, like it very much. I got a brand new kitchen, who would not like it! The distance to school doesnt change much from my previous house, so i think it will be fine, i'm going to be fine. Oh please dont skip classes anymore! This term i got quite a packed timetable because i'm doing 5 modules, so it will be a bit straining for me. But i'm trying my best now so i will get more relaxed timetable next term since the modules then will be more challenging, not that the modules this term isnt, just! Oh yes, i'm practically spend a lot this few weeks. Not as much as last year but still a lot. Books, bags, groceries and some stuff for the house. Oh, by the way i got a brand new device. Gone now the overly sensitive Satio and come now BB Curve. I so like it very much because its not that sensitive and very practical. I'm still learning how to use all the application that come with it and very happy with it too. Just not that excited about the fact that the camera is just 2 megapixel compared to Satio of 12.1 megapixel. Well, that's the opportunity cost for me ;p Well then, since i've been dreaming and wishing to get Nikon D3000 DSLR, i'm not that disappointed. I just have to save up and keep wishing someone want to give it to me for free! As a present perhaps, right?
I need to make a move now, need to go to city centre. Right now i'm in Law Library, partly studying, partly utilising the chance to use Wi-Fi in campus. So I'm off!
ai-na : stress out because of lack of connection to the world at home! Please be quick 19th Oct!!!

~ ramadhan ~
Ramadhan Mubarak everyone! May this Ramadhan bring lots of happiness and keberkatan in our life. What i like the most about this Ramadhan is tarawih, why? Hmm, because i'm doing my tarawih in Masjid Wilayah. Beautiful place and the imams was very good. One thing i like to share is about the iqamat time. This is for me the first time praying without any barrier between male and female just a rope to divide between male praying area and female praying area. So, i can see what happen around the male area, not that i enjoy looking, just looking. What makes my heart warmth is everytime the imam iqamat for isya' prayer, the men from all sides of the mosque walked towards that voice, towards the calling. Everyone moved together to the front and the view from behind it was as if they were moving towards one goal. It really makes me want to cry since this is the first time i saw such things. Why not azan time, because after azan people were scattered around to do the solat sunat.

One more thing is about sadaqah. Since the first day i prayed there, there is 1 man who will always put in a red coloured ringgit malaysia note into the tabung derma near the main door. As i observed, this happened everyday without fail and always red coloured note. I fell ashamed because i, myself did not do that often enough. It's not that i dont want to, it just at the female area there are no tabung derma ( alasan saja aina ni!) So i respect him and pray that his life will be blessed. Well, buka time is always the same every year. I have to control my 'nafsu makan' to not overeat, so not to affect my maghrib prayer. So i proudly said my control this year has been very good. ( a bit better, hehe)

yummy!

~ 1 2 3... ~
from the big, big pipes to the small, small pipes. from the mother coil turning into pipes. all have been counted and noted. a great experience and very knowledge-able! when i was first asked to be involved in the stock take, a bit furious and disgruntled because, it's on the bloody weekend, when it is actually the time i want to sleep in and lazed about! but, oh well, i'm glad i went even though it took us 12 hours to finish it, and i have to go to office earlier than i usually did. so yeah, its fun! haha

~ G8 in my heart ~
After a few years of no contacts and meetings, finally we met up today in Gombak. It took sometimes to plan this meeting but finally we managed to get through. Thanks to those who work hard for making it happened today, although not all of us manage to gather together but it still something, the not so formal reunion of generation 8 of the Hidayah Johor school. After a very long time of not being together, everyone already have their own life, some of us still studying here and overseas, some of us already working, lots of stories to tell, experience to share and new friendship were bond. It is a very special meeting. I remember one of the boys saying how happy and grateful he is of finally able to meet again with all the friends and the feeling of fullness in his heart. Some of us may think how lame its sound but some may understand it. He is considered as a new member of our generation since he joined the school in Form 4 but the bond that were created is strong enough for him to feel the ukhwah within us. You see, some of us have been together since we were Standard 1. From the naughty and clumsy little boys and girls, now to a refined gentleman and ladies. We fought, we cried and we being friends again. No matter how many years have gone, we will still remember our memories of each other, maybe not all of us but it will be there in our heart. Someday I hope that we all can be together again in much different environment and situation, to share the stories of our journey in life. Like one of us said, we have to hope that we will meet again together in Jannah. InsyaAllah.
